Comfortable Accommodation
Brooklands is registered to accommodate up to forty residents. Most of our rooms are private singles, offering comfort and privacy, while we also have one twin room.
Each room is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the essential furnishings. We warmly encourage residents and their families to bring personal belongings to help create a true home-from-home atmosphere. After all, there’s nothing more comforting than being surrounded by the things you love.
Photographs, pictures, ornaments, and treasured keepsakes are always welcome, helping to personalise each space and create a familiar, cosy environment that reflects each resident’s personality and memories.
All rooms include washing facilities, with many offering the added convenience of en-suite bathrooms.

Communal Spaces
At Brooklands, we offer a variety of inviting communal areas designed for comfort, connection, and relaxation. Our well-furnished lounges and dining spaces are bright, airy, and ideal for socialising. Each room is equipped with music and television facilities, and regular games, activities, and events are held here for those who wish to take part.
For residents who prefer a more peaceful setting, we also have two cosy conservatories, a tranquil sun lounge, and several quiet spots throughout the home where they can unwind in a calm and restful environment.
Outdoors, residents can enjoy our beautifully maintained sensory garden with raised flower beds for easy access designed to stimulate the senses and offer a peaceful place to stroll or sit. With areas for both sun and shade, and plenty of interesting features throughout, the garden provides the perfect place to relax or even take part in a bit of gentle gardening. We also have smaller gardens around the home.
Weather permitting, we often hold activities and events outside, making the most of our expansive and thoughtfully designed garden. There are plenty of quiet corners for those seeking solitude, ensuring everyone can enjoy the space in their own way.
One of the most loved features of our outdoor area is our very own garden “Ava’s bar” this being our resident’s favourite pass time. Here, residents can enjoy non-alcoholic beers and refreshing mocktails in a friendly, relaxed setting.
